Asparagus with Cheese and Pine-nuts

Asparagus, chees and pine nuts

2 person starter – 10 minutes


Ingredients:

200 grams green asparagus, bottom of stems removed

45 grams grated cheese (Emmenthal works well)

2 tablespoons  pine-nuts

10 grams butter

Olive oil

Black pepper

Preparation:

Melt the butter in an oven dish in the microwave (200 W for 1 minute).

Lay the asparagus over the butter. Add 3 tablespoons of cold water.

Microwave at 800 W for 2 minutes.

Drain off water. Cover with cheese, leaving green points exposed.

Scatter pine-nuts over. Drizzle oil on the green points. Season with pepper.

Cover with clingfilm. Microwave 5 minutes at 800 W.

Serve on individual plates.
