Tomato soup
4 persons - 40 minutes
Ingredients:
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 kilogram soup tomatoes (Maya Plum, Ananas, Black Crimea, etc)
2 chicken stock cubes or bouillon concentrates
2 teaspoons mild chili powder
Either 50 grams wheat grains boiled in water for 10 minutes,
or 50 grams of cooked white beans or chick peas
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Preparation:
Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until soft (3 minutes)
Add the tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the bouillon cubes and chili and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Put in the mixer until smooth.
Put the wheat or beans into the individual bowls.
Pour the soup over them and decorate with parsley.
