Strawberry and oat flake crumble

2 person dessert – 45 minutes

Ingredients:

100 grams strawberries, cut into pieces

50 grams oat flakes

20 grams butter

15 grams crystalline brown sugar (Demerara)

Preparation:

Put the strawberries in an oven dish.

Put the butter in a microwaveable bowl and cook 1 minute at 400 W.

Add the sugar and oat flakes to the butter and mix well..

Cover the strawberries with the oat flake mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

[This freezes well as individual portions]
