Sausages apples and potatoes

2 person main course – 30 minutes

 

Ingredients:

150 grams potatoes cut in dice and boiled 8 minutes in salted water.

2 small apples, not peeled but cored and diced

10 grams butter

1 tablespoon liquid honey

250 gram tasty sausage (Montbéliard, Morteau, smoked) sliced in rounds

 

Preparation:

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the apples and honey. Cook until tender.

Add the potatoes and mix in gently.

In a second pan fry the sausage slices.

Serve mixed together.
