Salmon in the style of Dijon
2 persons - main dish – 30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 salmon steaks (200 grams)
Ingredients for the topping:
25 grams softened butter
2 tablespoons French mustard (moutarde de Dijon)
1 tablespoon liquid honey
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons crushed nuts
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Ingredients for serving:
Thick slices of lemon
Preparation:
Heat the over to 220°C. Place the salmon in an over dish.
In a bowl mix together the butter, mustard and honey.
Spread the mix over the salmon.
In another bowl mix the rest of the topping ingredients.
Tip these over the salmon.
Bake the fish for 12 to 15 minutes (depending on its thickness)
Season and serve topped with lemon.
