Pork, mushrooms and pasta
2 person main course – 50 minutes
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
12 grams butter
150 grams white button mushrooms
200 millilitres fresh cream
Freshly-milled pepper
125 grams fresh pasta, boiled 4 to 5 minutes in salted water
200 grams pork, diced
10 grams butter
Finely chopped parsley and basil
Melt 12 grams butter 1 minute at 800 W in the microwave.
Add the garlic and leave butter covered to infuse.
Fry the mushrooms until soft, then add the garlic butter.
Add the cream. Bring to the boil. Add pepper. Keep hot.
In a large saucepan brown the pork dice in 10 grams butter.
Lower the heat and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the drained pasta, the mushrooms and herbs.
Stir gently and serve immediately.
