Pear cucumber and mint
2 person starter – 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Conference pear, peeled, cored and diced
10 cm cucumber, thinly peeled and diced
1 tablespoon of fresh cream
The juice of ½ a lemon
A handful of mint leaves, finely chopped with scissors
Preparation:
Mix the cream and lemon juice to make a vinaigrette.
Put the pear and cucumber into individual bowls, tip the vinaigrette over them and add mint leaves.
