Pear, cheese, ginger and honey

2 person starter – 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 conference pear, peeled, cored, cut into small pieces.

4 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

1 teaspoon of oil from the sun-dried tomatoes

Salad leaves

75 grams cheese cut into small dice (or crumbled if blue cheese)

2 tablespoon runny honey

1 tablespoon freshly-grated ginger root

Preparation:

In a bowl mix the salad leaves, pear, tomatoes and cheese.

Split between individual bowls.

Mix together the honey, the oil and the ginger root.

Drizzle this sauce over the individual bowls.
