Nectarines, balsamic and Parmesan


Nectarine, balsamic vinegar and parmesan

2 person starter – 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe nectarines, halved and stoned

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Slivers of Parmesan (cut from the cheese with the vegetable peeler)

         

Preparation:

Put the half-nectarines in individual dishes.

Add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to each.

Cover with slivers of cheese.
