Cucumber and radish salad
2 persons – 5 minutes
A quick fresh accompaniment to a main dish, especially spiced meat.
Ingredients:
½ cucumber, peeled and chopped into small dice
70 grams radishes, chopped into small dice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon caster sugar
½ teaspoon chilli powder (piment d’Espelette)
Preparation:
Mix the oil and vinegar together to create a vinaigrette.
Stir in the sugar and the chilli.
Add the cucumber and radish. Stir thoroughly and serve.
