Chicken avocado and tomato salad
2 persons – 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and cut into strips
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced
1 small head of lettuce, cut into portions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Preparation:
Mix the oil and vinegar together to create a vinaigrette.
Arrange the chicken, avocado and tomato slices on the serving plate.
Add the lettuce and drizzle the vinaigrette over it.
