Watermelon and goat’s cheese

2 person starter – 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

½ watermelon

100 grams goat’s cheese cut into dice

Salt, pepper, olive oil

Chopped basil

 

Preparation:

Peel the watermelon and cut in half.

Cut one half into dice and put the rest in the mixer to  liquidise.

Season the liquid and add a little oil. Divide the liquid between two dishes.

Add the watermelon dice, then the goat’s cheese, then the basil.
