Smoked duck breast and orange starter
2 person starter – 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled and sliced (8 slices)
8 slices smoked duck breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed orange juice
freshly-ground mixed pepper
onion chutney
Preparation:
Arrange the orange and duck slices alternately on the plate.
Beat the oil and juice together to make a vinaigrette.
Add pepper to the vinaigrette, then drizzle it over the slices.
Place a teaspoon of onion chutney on each plate.
