Pineapple, apple cheese & broccoli

Pineapple, apple, cheese and broccoli

2 person starter – 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

A slice of pineapple 4 cm thick, peeled and cut into dice.

1 Granny Smith (sharp) apple, peeled, cored and cut into dice

100 grams tomme (medium-hard cheese) cut into dice.

1 tablespoon shelled pistachio nuts.

50 grams of broccoli, cooked for 6 minutes in boiling water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Preparation:

Make a salad dressing by stirring the oil and vinegar together.

Mix the other ingredients into the dressing, and serve.
