Pear, cheese and broccoli salad
2 person starter – 15 minutes
For the salad dressing:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ingredients:
50 grams broccoli, cooked 6 minutes in boiling water.
1 large Conference pear, peeled, cored and diced
100 grams tomme (medium-hard cheese) diced
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients to make the dressing.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing gently.
