Eggs baked with liver pâté

2 person starter – 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons butter

2 large eggs

60 grams duck liver pâté (or other meat pâté) cut into dice

freshly-ground pepper and nutmeg

 

Preparation:

divide the butter between two small oven dishes (ramekins)

Cook in the microwave at 200 W for 20 seconds.

Break an egg into each dish.

Cover the whites of egg with dices of pâté.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Dust the eggs with pepper and nutmeg.

Cook for 4 ½ minutes or more according to taste.
