Avocado, kiwi and pâté


Avocado, kiwi and pâté

2 person starter – 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, peeled, destoned and diced

2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced

1 small tin or jar of duck liver pâté, or diced terrine, or mackerel rillettes

(alternatively use 2 tablespoonfuls of chopped fried bacon, chopped ham, diced cooked pork or chicken)

Preparation:

Gently mix the avocado and kiwis and distribute them in individual dishes.

Add the pâté and serve.
