Avocado, cucumber & grapefruit

Avocado, cucumber and grapefruit
2 person starter – 75 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cucumber, peeled and cut into dice
1 large avocado peeled, stoned and cut into dice
½ pink grapefruit, all pith and skin removed, cut into pieces.
6 black olives, stoned.
I tablespoon of lemon juice
Chopped dill (optional)
1 pinch of five-spice (or any other peppery spice)
For the cucumber marinade:
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of Cajun spices (or any mixture of ground peppers)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of powdered garlic
Preparation:
Make the marinade by stirring the ingredients together.
Drop in the cucumber and leave for at least 10 minutes.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the avocado.
Serve the grapefruit, the avocado, the cucumber and the olives in two dishes and scatter five-spice and dill over them
